Shipping & Returns Policy SHIPPING & RETURNS All orders ship from Michigan. We ship with UPS, and offer these options at checkout: UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2 Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. All orders over $100 within the continental US will receive free standard shipping (UPS 3 Day Select), as well as free weather checks & heat packs / insulation if required. If your order is under $100 and you'd like to add heat packs and insulation, you can purchase them in our Dandi Accessories collection. Disclaimer: Some yellowing of leaves and/or root rot can occur during transit. Live delivery of plants are guaranteed with proper weather protection, provided no damages are done due to but not limited to: delays, damages due to said delays, lost packages, mishandling by delivery personnel, etc. The buyer assumes the responsibility of tracking the package for any delays. To report any problems, please email us at hello@dandiplants.com with an unboxing video and photos within 6 hours of delivery. All plants are sold AS IS.
